terms of use
effective September 30, 2026 · read these terms before depositing or entering a paid game.
1. eligibility and acceptance
By creating an account or using comp, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our privacy policy. You must be at least 18, meet any higher minimum age that applies where you are, and be legally permitted to participate. Do not use the service from a restricted location or bypass eligibility, location or account controls.
Availability of the website is not a statement that paid play is permitted in your location. We may restrict access, request information needed to verify eligibility, or suspend paid play where necessary.
2. simulated trading, real money
Games use historical charts and simulated trades. You do not buy or own the assets shown in a game. Buy-ins, fees and prizes involve real funds. This is entertainment, not investment advice, employment, an investment account or a promise of income.
You play voluntarily and at your own risk. You can lose your entire buy-in. Past results, rankings and practice performance do not predict future winnings. Only use funds you can afford to lose; do not borrow to play or chase losses.
The mode, entry price and payout rules shown before entry govern the game. Platform fees reduce the prize pool as described in the game rules. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your activity.
3. accounts and fair play
Use one personal account and keep your sign-in methods and wallets secure. Do not share or sell accounts, impersonate others, collude, fix matches, exploit bugs, bypass restrictions, or use unauthorized automation. Report suspected unauthorized activity promptly through the support link on this site.
Some opponents may be bots. They use funded balances and can win or lose under the same game and payout rules. Do not assume every opponent is human.
We may investigate suspected abuse and temporarily restrict play or affected withdrawals. Corrections must relate to an error, improper payment or established rule violation; they are not a general right to confiscate legitimate funds. We may preserve relevant records and explain a restriction where doing so does not compromise security or a legal obligation.
4. deposits and digital-asset risks
You choose to deposit at your own risk. Check the address, network, token and any refund address before sending. Only use the deposit instructions currently shown for your account. Unsupported assets, wrong networks, incorrect addresses and incompatible exchange transfers can cause permanent loss. Recovery may be impossible and is not guaranteed.
Deposits are credited after the required transfer is verified. Cross-chain deposits may be converted into the settlement token, and the amount credited can be lower than the amount sent because of exchange rates, bridge fees and network costs. Sending a transaction does not itself guarantee a credit.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Networks, stablecoins, bridges, smart contracts and wallet providers can fail, delay transfers, lose value or become unavailable. A dollar-denominated display does not guarantee a token can always be redeemed for one dollar. Your account balance is a record of funds held for use on the platform; it is not a bank deposit or an interest-bearing account.
5. withdrawals and corrections
Review the recipient, destination network, fees and estimated amount before confirming a withdrawal. You are responsible for using a destination that supports the selected asset and network. Quotes can change; limits, confirmation requirements and security checks apply. Network or provider delays can extend delivery times.
We may pause withdrawals during a security incident, reconciliation problem or necessary maintenance. We will investigate unresolved transfers and correct verified ledger errors. A transfer that may already have been sent must be checked before it can be retried or refunded. Successful, authorized transfers cannot generally be reversed.
A failed transfer is handled according to its verified outcome, including any applicable refund. Provider and network costs already incurred may not be recoverable. These terms do not let us retain funds that we are legally required to return.
6. interruptions and game outcomes
Your connection, device or browser may fail, and the service may be interrupted or updated. Disconnecting does not automatically pause a game or entitle you to a refund. A game can continue while you are disconnected. During a deployment, reconnecting to a game on the previous server can temporarily prevent trading until results are available.
Server records determine accepted actions and results, subject to correction of verified errors. Games cancelled by the platform return charged buy-ins through the ledger. An individual loss or missed trade does not, by itself, mean the game was invalid. We will investigate reported technical errors using the available game and transaction records.
7. responsible play and account closure
Set a budget and stop when you reach it. Account settings offer self-exclusion; see responsible play for available periods and effects. Do not create another account to evade an exclusion.
Withdraw eligible funds before closing your account. Review any remaining balance, active games and pending transfers in the closure flow. Closing an account does not erase transaction records, resolve pending obligations or reverse blockchain activity.
8. responsibility and your legal rights
We do not promise uninterrupted access, winnings, recovery of incorrectly sent assets or protection against market and third-party network risks. You accept the ordinary risks of voluntary play and of transfers you authorize, as explained above.
These risk acknowledgments do not exclude responsibility for our fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not waive mandatory consumer rights, excuse failure to account for funds, or authorize misleading conduct. Responsibility for a disputed loss depends on its cause and applicable law.
9. changes and disputes
We may update these terms and will display the effective date. Material changes will be brought to your attention before they apply to continued use where required. Changes do not retroactively change the payout rules of games already entered or remove accrued rights.
Use the support link on the site to report a dispute, with your username, game or transaction ID, date and a description. Never send passwords, private keys or recovery phrases. Nothing in these terms prevents you from exercising legal rights or seeking a remedy in a court with jurisdiction.
